Are all the projects freehold?
Yes. All projects completed so far and those in the works are zoned freehold.
Does this developer offer payment plans?
Yes. All off plan projects by Ellington come with a payment plan. Each of these is unique to a particular property and is subject to change.
Can I sell before completion?
Yes. All buyers can sell their property before the project is complete. The process of selling an off-plan property is relatively simple and involves the new buyer paying the seller the amount already paid to the developer (plus or minus any premium) and taking over the remaining repayment as set out in the payment schedule.
Can I buy with a mortgage?
Yes. Purchasers can buy using finance from a UAE-registered bank in conjunction with the lending regulations for off-plan properties. Please note that the maximum amount that can be borrowed against an off-plan property is 50%. This amount can however be increased via a refinance once the property is 100% completed at which point it is treated as a ready property.

Can I sell an Ellington off plan property before completion?
Yes, you can sell an off-plan property by Ellington before its completion. There are some conditions that need to be met in order for the NOC to be provided. An NOC from a developer of any project is required before that property can be sold.
