Emaar apartments can be found in just about any Emaar community as well as some non-Emaar exclusive communities. Apartments by Emaar tend to be built in both low-rise and high-rise apartment buildings. Most however tend to be in mid to high-rise towers such as ones found in one of Emaar’s latest communities; Emaar Beachfront.

In terms of bedroom options, most Emaar apartments come in a range of 1 to 3-bedroom options. Four and five-bedroom options are less common but are available in some penthouse apartments.

How much are Emaar Service Fees?

The cost of Emaar service fees will vary and be different for almost all projects. Generally speaking the service fees payable for townhouses and villas will be lower than for apartment buildings. This is simply due to the cost of maintaining high rise apartment buildings tends to be higher than that of villa and townhouse communities.

Does Emaar build studios?

Emaar Properties does not build studio apartments. Available options include everything from One to Four plus bedroom types.
