There are a total of 430 townhouses within the Elora project at the Valley.  284 of these are  three bedroom and 146 are four bedroom options.

What are the Townhouse Sizes?

The 3 bedroom options come with a built up area (BUA) of around 2,111 sq ft whilst the average 4 bedroom BAU is around 2,603 sq ft.

Can I sell before completion?

Yes buyers CAN sell before the project is complete. To do this you a No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required  from EMAAR Properties. An NOC can be obtained once the required repayment % of the property price has been reached. This % is usually 30%.
