What is the Payment plan available?

This project is being offered with a 80/20% Payment Plan. This means that 80% of the payments are paid during the construction period with the final 20% payment payable at handover.

How big are the plot sizes?

The plot sizes do vary depending on the number of bedrooms and location of the townhouse. With that said the average plot size for a 3 bedroom townhouse is 1,558 sq ft and 2,662 sq. ft for the 4 bedroom options. When considering sizes its important to keep in mind that all townhouses are 2 stories.

Can I buy with a mortgage?

The answer to this question is a Yes however there are some conditions that do apply. As ruled by law the maximum loan amount that can be borrowed against an off plan property is 50%. This means that if the total prices is say 2million the buyer can borrow up to 1 million. The other condition which applies is that the 50% loan can only be obtained once the first 50% (of the total price) has been paid to the developer.
