Can I buy with a mortgage?

The answer to this question is a Yes however there are some conditions that do apply. As ruled by law the maximum loan amount that can be borrowed against an off-plan property is 50%. This means that if the total price is 2 million the buyer can borrow up to 1 million. The other condition which applies is that the 50% loan can only be borrowed once the first 50% (of the total price) has been paid to the developer.
