Dubai’s prominent property developers have once again been making headlines with the announcement of new projects.
Emaar Properties, known for its iconic developments, has introduced Creek Waters 2 at Dubai Creek Harbour. This high-rise tower offers an array of apartment layouts ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, along with 3-bedroom townhouses and a luxurious 5-bedroom penthouse. The design of these properties has been meticulously crafted to provide residents with breathtaking views of the creek.
The official project launch for this project is expected the week starting May 22’nd and if Creek Water 1 is anything to go by a quick sell-out is expected.
In other news, Nshama has revealed its newest residential project, Holland Gardens, located at Town Square. This high-rise tower also offers a diverse selection of 1 to 4-bedroom apartments, 3-bedroom townhouses, and a stunning 5-bedroom penthouse. Like Emaar’s Creek Waters 2, the demand for Holland Gardens is expected to exceed supply, and yet another quick sell-out is excepted.
